- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process

- We will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
4. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
